How can this help you?
Do you find you have this tightness in your chest when it comes to your parents, or they always seem to say stuff that "rubs you the wrong way"?
Or maybe you don't have a relationship with them but it still feels painful to think about them or your childhood?
Or you may have had a "good" childhood but don't have the relationship with one or both of your parents like you would like?
These are all signs of an imbalanced root chakra.
When you are young your brain is primed and in a perfect state to absorb information. You do this through observation and the people you observe the most are your caretakers or parents. You learn how to get your needs met from the way you see your parents get their met (even if it's in an healthy way).
In this course you will begin to process and define what are your beliefs are what are there, truly find you authenticity.
You will begin to heal your relationship to your parents, and this doesn't always mean a reconciliation. It means a regulated nervous system.
One that you are in charge of that isn't hijacked by your parents beliefs and conditioning.
As you utilize all the tools that tap into all 5 of your bodies you go beyond a mantra or a vision board and get to the root of where the issues stem from and begin to heal them.
